I work on quantitative analysis of marine fisheries in the Western Mediterranean, investigating the ecological and economic conditions in which fisheries take place.
I have produced more than 100 scientific papers in peer-reviewed journals and have overseen 6 Ph.D. thesis. I have participated in numerous European research projects related to marine fisheries science with a focus on bioeconomy. I collaborate in the development of the fisheries simulation model MEFISTO.
